You can sign up at any time prior to 11/2008 all races prior to your sign up date will be ineligible.

The program is limited to National races only ATVA ,WPSA, ITP, GNCC 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, 250cc and 300cc ATVs CVT classes.

We are giving away $200 up to $50,000.*

Rider agrees that DRR shall have license to use rider’s name, signature, initials, likeness, photograph, and similar materials in connection with the advertisement, promotion and sale of products distributed by DRR and any subsidiary of DRR.

	Along with your application we are requiring an emailed picture of you and your ATV with the application for us on our website.
	You are responsible for sending DRR a copy of results from the race showing the DRR name under manufacturer.
	DRR must receive results within 7 days of event @ RESULTS@DRRATVS.COM in order for contingency paid.
	The results must include the Series, Class, Dates and a link to the site that has the official or un-official results.
	You must have a minimum of 6 DRR stickers visible on your ATV at all times 1) Above the front head light area 2) One on each side of the tank upper front visible while rider is in position. 3) Inside front fender wells 4) Bonus Chest Protector *
	Riders who have not submitted a 2008 Contingency Form by November 30, 2008, will not be eligible for contingency earned in 2008.
	2007 or newer DRR models are eligible.
	Only U.S. models purchased in the United States are eligible.
	Must have a valid U.S. social security number to be eligible.
	Contingency will be paid to the REGISTERED owner. However, if the registered owner will not be competing, but sponsoring a rider, contingency will be paid to the rider a minor consent form will be required for all minors.
	All contingency certificates earned in 2008 must be redeemed by January 31, 2009.
	In case of multiple divisions of the same class, DRR will pay one division as specified by promoter.
	In cases of dual sanctioned events, rider will be paid for one event only.
	Contingency will be paid on rider’s best finish in one class only per registered machine per event.
	There will be no multiple class payouts at the same event for the same machine.
	Payouts for race results not received by DRR within 7 days of the event will be forfeited for that race.
	The DRR logo and original plastic components must remain on all DRR machines to be eligible for contingency.
	There must be a minimum of eight riders in a class to qualify for contingency.
	DRR will give an additional $2.00 for each emailed clear picture received up to $20 maximum per event, of the rider in action with in 7 days from the race date.
	All pictures must include driver and track information and must be received within 7 days of event completion for use on DRR website.
	I further agree that all photographs, pictures, slides, likenesses, and/or movies taken or made of me by or for DRR in connection with my participation in the Program or any racing event, or any reproduction or replica of the same as well as my name may be used in any manner by DRR or by any person or entity authorized by DRR.
	Contingency is as follows 50cc Water cooled Units $35.00 per first place $25.00 for second and $15.00 for third place finish in DRR MSRP parts and accessories.
	50cc Air cooled Units $75.00 per first place $50.00 for second and $25.00 for third place finish in DRR MSRP parts and accessories
	70cc $75.00 per first place $50.00 for second and $25.00 for third place finish in DRR MSRP parts and accessories.
	90cc Water Cooled $75.00 per first place $50.00 for second and $25.00 for third place finish in DRR Master Card Gift Cards or Double the value in DRR MSRP parts and accessories.
	90cc Air Cooled $125.00 per first place $75.00 for second and $45.00 for third place finish in DRR Master Card Gift Cards or Double the value in DRR MSRP parts and accessories. DRR dollars can be accumulated during the year to apply towards a new DRR ATV
	250cc or 300cc ATVs $200.00 per first place $50.00 for second in DRR Master Card Gift Cards or Double the value in DRR MSRP parts and accessories.
	All DRR dollars can be accumulated during the year to apply towards a new DRR ATV for example. You win 10 races on an Air cooled 90 you would have $2500 towards an new ATV in that case a new 90cc ATV would cost you $99 plus shipping.
	Maximum payout of $50,000.00 per rider per year.
	All winning riders will receive DRR Visa, American Express cards or certificates, redeemable for parts and merchandise at participating DRR Dealers and over 32 million retailers throughout the world.
	Any fraudulent or altered entries will result in immediate release of eligibility.
	I certify that I am or my rider is in good health and have no physical condition that would restrict or prevent me from participating in this Program or any racing event.
	In consideration of being eligible to participate in the Program, I, the undersigned, for myself and for my successors, heirs and assigns, release, waive liability, promise never to sue, and forever discharge, DRR INC Corp., and its affiliated companies and each of their subsidiaries, agents, representatives, employees, dealers, servants, officers, directors, and shareholders (collectively , "Released Parties) from all claims, including but not limited to claims for negligent acts or omissions, actions or judgments that I may have or claim to have against Released Parties, or any of them, for ALL PERSONAL INJURIES, INCLUDING DEATH, AND ALL INJURIES TO PROPERTY, real or personal, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of my participation in the Program.
	I understand that ATV riding is inherently dangerous. I represent to DRR INC a that I have had sufficient experience riding motorcycles to understand all the risks involved in motorcycle racing. I understand all the risks involved in motorcycle racing. I expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury or death sustained while participating in racing events and the Program and/or using DRR products, whether or not caused by the negligence or other fault of Released Parties, or any of them, including but not limited to, EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION FROM WHATEVER CAUSE, INADEQUATE TRAINING OR SUPERVISION, DEFECTIVE DESIGN OR MANUFACTURE OF EQUIPMENT OR MOTORCYCLE RACE COURSE, FAILURE TO KEEP SAFE, FAILURE TO INVESTIGATE OR SUPERVISE OTHERS, OR FAILURE TO WARN OF POTENTIAL RISKS.

In In consideration of being permitted to participate in the DRR Contingency Program during the 2008 season, I, for myself, my successors, heirs, assigns, minors, and incompetent persons (if any), release and forever discharge DRR, its parent company, and each of their affiliates and related companies, agents, employees, servants, officers, directors, and authorized dealers (collectively "Released Parties") from all claims, actions, suits, or judgments I may have or claim to have against DRR and Released Parties, either now or in the future. I agree that I am responsible for all personal injuries, including death, and damage to property, either real or personal, caused by or arising out of or in any way relating to my participation in the DRR ATV Contingency Program for 2008, including any and all injuries, death, or property damage occurring either in whole or in part as a result of DRR and the Released Parties' active, gross, or other negligence (if any). I make this release and discharge with knowledge that ATV racing is a hazardous activity, and that it is impossible to predict the existence or severity of any hazards or defects that may exist at the locations where the races will be held. I further agree for myself, my successors, heirs, assigns, minors, and incompetent persons (if any) to indemnify and hold DRR and the Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, or judgments for personal injuries, including death, and damage to property, either real or personal, arising out of or in any way relating to my participation in the DRR ATV Contingency Program for 2008, and from and against any and all expenses (including costs and attorneys' fees) incurred in defending said claims, actions, or suits, including any and all judgments or expenses occurring in whole or in part as a result of the Released Parties' active, gross, or other negligence (if any). I further agree that without any additional compensation, my name, photographs, pictures, voice, likeness, slides, movies, or other reproductions, regardless of type or medium, taken of myself or made in connection with my participation in the DRR ATV Contingency Program for 2008, and any copies of the same, may in any manner be used by DRR, or by any person, corporation, or association authorized by DRR. I am in good health and have no physical conditions that would prevent me from participating in ATV racing. I agree to the rules of the 2008 DRR ATV Contingency Program, which I have read at WWW.DRRATVS.COM I understand that racers must own the ATV s raced in the contingency races in order to receive payment. I agree to include proof of ownership.* I agree to complete this application and submit it to DRR prior to my first event in order to qualify for payment. I agree that applications submitted after the time frame outlined in the contingency will not be eligible for payment. I understand that it is my responsibility to resolve race result disputes with the race organization, and that DRR will only make payments based on results provided by the race organization. * For sponsored riders: the "Sponsored Rider Affidavit" must be completed by the owner of the ATV .I UNDERSTAND that section 1542 of the California Civil Code states that a general release does not extend to claims which I do not know exist, or do not suspect exist at the time of signing the release, and which, if I knew or suspected such claims exist, would have materially affected my willingness to sign the release. I understand that there are risks (including serious bodily injury or death) associated with participating in the 2008 DRR ATV Contingency Program, and I hereby assume, on behalf of my Child, myself and my spouse, all such risks, including those detailed above. I am releasing the Released Parties from any or all claims I or my spouse may have for emotional distress or loss of consortium in the event my Child suffers bodily injury or death. I further agree, for myself, my spouse, successors, heirs and assigns, to indemnify, defend and hold the Released Parties harmless from all claims and suits for personal injuries, including death and damage to property caused by any act or omission arising out of my Child’s participation in the 2008 DRR ATV Contingency Program, and from all judgments recovered and from all expenses incurred in defending said claims or suits.
