About Us

Thank you for your interest in DRR products. We are receiving great reviews on our excellent line of ATV's. In 2000 DRR set out to raise the bar on youth ATV's. Being an avid rider, the owner, realized while riding with his sons that ATV's should be made better so he made THE BEST. DRR was the first to incorporate brake lights, kids soft suspensions, and extra wide axels all for the safety of children. We are also consumer product safety compliant see above for list of legal ATV companies.

OKI CARB

(Kehin carburetors where never used in production and therefore not approved to use on the 50cc ATV in competition by ATVA)

It is also our understanding that AMA has allowed all 2006 ATVs to upgrade to the 21mm OKO carb. ALL this information is courtesy from Mountain High Motor sports in Utah! Thank you! So much for your help!

IF you want this carb done correctly make sure you remove everything in side the carb so you don't ruin the O-ring to the main jet.

Make sure you remove the main jet and the main jet seat also the pilot jet or you will drill thru the jet and o ring.

**Caution do not over drill or you will damage the o ring in the carb**

Flush the carb thoroughly or you will have a poor running carb if you do not clean it out enough it will never run right!  This is not a recall this is designed to help the performance of the ATV's in the low and mid range. The sample shown is the 24mm 90cc carb which has a power jet the 21mm does not have that jet. Starting 5/28/2007 any one who can not do this change can send the carb to DRR and we will make the changes for you this is not a guaranteed fix and the jetting may not be correct for your area. Thank you for your support! Keep an eye out for performance parts coming from Mountain High soon! Are you having issues with the new style OKO carbs if you are we have got the solution to make your carb better than ever.

**Caution do not drill into the brass needle housing if you do you maybe able to turn it around to face the solid side of the carb housing**

The main air by pass hole is not drilled or drilled correctly it needs to be opened up to .039 drill bit and it eliminates all the bogging issues This is on the front side of the carb pictured below! Different areas may require smaller drill bits for the front better to start off smaller and work up rather than go larger on the first attempt!

Drill Bits -- #61 - .039" Diameter

The next step is to drill the pilot bypass hole to .029 which is a number #69 or #67 drill bit but a #70 drill bit which is smaller has worked as well which is .028. We where told to use with a 110 to 120 main jet with this set up. Make sure you do not drill into the brass for the needle jet. Our guy out west says he used a .059 and it worked for him and he used a 125 main jet for a 50cc ATV. Both examples used the stock pilot 45.  Air screw set at 1 1/4 this is on the intake side.

Your good to go!

**Please contact your dealer immediately if you have the problem below**

There are a few occasions of the rubber boot which bolts to the manifold ripping under use. The ATV will run erratically and be difficult to tune. Shut off the engine and do not attempt to use the unit until fixed the new boots are here and in stock for replacement.

Thank you! We apologize for any inconvenience!
